Bell Lets Talk Diversity Fund

KEHEWIN NATIVE DANCE THEATRE is looking forward to our new voyage with the #Bellletstalkdiversityfund grant. Next week we are joining up with MAKE MUSIC MATTER to create a mobile studio that will be traveling and bringing The Naskwahamatowin, ‘Let’s all share in the music’ project to local communities. In May and June, after creating the mobile studio and training facilitators, we will travel throughout the area bringing the studio to on-reserve schools where youth will learn to use music as healing. Then in July, the youth will work in the KNDT studio, finalizing and editing their creations. #healinginharmony #kehewinnativedancetheatre #musicishealing #indigenousvoices
